Beautiful ambiance and friendly staff made for a pleasant experience. The spacious room featured comfortable mattresses and good lighting, making it easy to work or relax. However, the carpet appeared stained and in need of replacement, detracting from the overall cleanliness. Additionally, the scented cleaner used by housekeeping triggered my allergies, and the balcony had no seating to enjoy the view.

Had a fantastic time here with friends! We enjoyed exploring the local heritage and did a walking tour in Santa Fe. Experienced a Flamenco dinner show. The restaurant had great food, and the hotel was conveniently located near so much to do. Our room had a great view and was clean and comfy. The staff were all super friendly and helpful.
The pool was a bit chilly in the evenings. it would be better if it were warmer for adults, but kids might not mind.

I adored the vibrant decor that truly reflected New Mexican culture, especially the elegant ballroom with its stunning Native American-inspired ceiling and hand-forged fixtures. The common areas were beautifully maintained, offering a welcoming ambiance for seniors like myself.
More accessible dining options would be appreciated.
